Hello there! I can’t believe it’s the end of January already! It’s been cold here in Northern New Jersey but we still haven’t had much snow. The little snow we’ve had has melted within a few days because it warmed up. By warmed up I mean it hit 40F! If I’m remembering correctly we get the bulk of our snow in late January and February, I’m hoping we get one good snowfall before spring arrives.
I’ve had a busy and productive month at my main blog, The Manic Writer. I’ve participated in WIPpet Wednesday, a blog hop in which we share a portion of our WIP that is somehow related to the date. You can click here to read the first one for January. I’ve also reviewed four books this month, Dangerous Ways, by Ronnie Virdi, 2K to 10K by Rachel Aaron, But I’m Not Depressed by Lia Rees and Devotion by Katika Schneider. You can read any of the reviews by clicking on the title. Subscribe over there if you want to see more of what I’m doing. I sent out An Amethyst in the Rough to beta readers and I’m waiting for their responses.
I also started publishing my web novella Divorced White Female. If you want to know more about it click on the title and read the synopsis, you can catch up and subscribe if you like what you read.
My plans for February include writing book 3 of Divorced White Female, and Book 1 of All of Me, revising book 2, Dishonest Men, of Divorced White Female and reading four more books. Do you think I’m up to the challenge? Follow me over at the Manic Writer and find out!
